More Powerful Options
Any maintenance or resource can be made available to the public. Each type of request will have a specific link for the public to use to submit the request. Public users will need to register so your school can track how many requests they are making and they will receive notifications on the updates for all of their specific requests.
With every resource and maintenance request, both the user making the request and the one receiving may receive e-mail and text notifications. When any changes to the request are made, (i.e. status, notes, attachments, etc.) every user associated with the request will receive notifications with updates.
A built in reporting system allows users the ability to track usage of resources and cost associated to maintenance. These reports, and many more, are able to be generated at any time and can be scheduled to generate in specific intervals. The reports will be displayed in the system and can also be exported to Microsoft Excel.
SECURITY
FacilityPointe security is setup on a granular approach. It allows you to give as much or as little control to any user/user group. Security permissions can even be assigned for a specific request (i.e. Acer Aspire S7 Laptop Request, Requests to clean up spills) or by building.
